Pricing questions
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Pro and Business offer monthly or annual billing. Both displayed prices are per month: with annual billing, you pay the full annual amount in advance; with monthly billing, you pay one month in advance
What cancellation notice applies?
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month, with no additional notice period. Annual plans renew automatically for another year unless you cancel at least one month before the current term ends
How can I increase my storage?
Contact us with your required capacity. Storage upgrades take effect within 24 hours. You pay the price of the new storage tier, with no additional upgrade feeRequest a storage upgrade
How much transfer volume is included?

When will my paid account be ready?
