The repetitive layer

Not every customer project should start from scratch.

Most integrators can access the PLC data. The repetitive work comes afterward: history, dashboards, downtime logic and reporting are rebuilt for each customer.

PlantWatch turns that layer into a repeatable product that can be adapted to the customer’s equipment.

01

Custom development every time

History, visualization and reporting are rebuilt for every customer.

02

Small projects become difficult to standardize

Production monitoring often begins as a custom side feature inside a larger automation project.

03

No clear entry offer

Customers want better visibility but are not ready for a full MES or SCADA project.

A repeatable offer

What PlantWatch adds to your offer

01

Productized entry offer

Start with one machine, production line or defined plant area.

02

More follow-on work

The collected data exposes recurring downtime, control limitations and modernization priorities.

03

Less custom development

Use an existing platform for history, dashboards, event sequences and reports.

04

Keep the customer relationship

The partner remains the local customer contact and owns the agreed implementation scope.

Clear responsibilities

Software and product expertise meet local delivery.

Sync Motion provides

  • PlantWatch software and licensing
  • Demo environment
  • Technical documentation
  • Standard deployment architecture
  • Remote engineering
  • Product and second-level support
  • Support during the first pilot project

The partner provides

  • Customer access and existing customer relationship
  • Assessment of the plant and controls environment
  • Local installation and network coordination
  • Coordination with PLC, HMI and SCADA systems
  • First-level support
  • Optional customization and integration services

Partner models

A cooperation model that fits the project

01

Referral partner

You introduce the opportunity. Sync Motion handles sales and delivery. The referral is compensated.

02

Delivery partner

You handle customer access and local installation. Sync Motion supplies PlantWatch and supports the engineering.

03

Reseller and integrator

You own the customer relationship, implementation and support. PlantWatch is supplied under partner terms.

Commercial terms, support scope and lead ownership are agreed after the pilot project.

Partner profile

Who we want to work with

PlantWatch is particularly relevant for integrators that support existing production plants and already work with PLC, HMI, SCADA or MES environments.

  • Experience with existing production plants
  • PLC, HMI, SCADA or MES capabilities
  • Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, Schneider or Ignition experience
  • Local commissioning and technical support
  • Interest in a repeatable product rather than another one-off solution
  • Existing customers in production, maintenance or plant operations

The first pilot

From the first discussion to a joint pilot

We review whether PlantWatch fits your customer base, technical capabilities and a current opportunity.

No generic partner-program presentation. The first step is a practical technical evaluation.

FAQ

Common questions about working together

Does the partner need to host PlantWatch?

PlantWatch runs on-premise in the customer environment. Installation, operation and network responsibilities are defined for each project.

Which controllers and interfaces are supported?

Typical connections include Siemens S7, OPC UA and Modbus TCP. Rockwell, Beckhoff, existing SCADA systems, historians and other interfaces are reviewed against the customer environment.

Who handles customer support?

The partner typically provides first-level support. Sync Motion supports product questions and second-level cases; the exact scope is agreed per project.

Does the partner keep the customer relationship?

In delivery and reseller models, the partner remains the local customer contact. Roles, project scope and communication are defined before the pilot.

Is account or lead protection available?

Lead ownership and any protection are agreed individually after the first pilot. This page does not make a blanket contractual commitment.

Can the cooperation begin with one project?

Yes. The preferred starting point is one real customer plant where technical fit, responsibilities and value can be evaluated together.

Does PlantWatch replace SCADA or MES?

No. PlantWatch runs alongside existing PLC, HMI, SCADA and MES environments and adds production history, downtime analysis, dashboards and reporting.
